Paid for shipping if product backordered...

I wont ever buy from Sally Beauty again

I placed on order for over 50 dollars to save on shipping charges, some product was not available and did not ship.

So now they are charging me shipping...

I've worked in the shipping industry for years and this is not right. I would never do this to a customer

BEWARE

BEWARE. I bought some Keracare Essential oils. I now believe they were fake. One bottle had leaked and none of the bottles had a protective seal. I did not think at the time; when I did think about I immediately stopped using it and asked for a refund. They told me I had gone past the refund window so I could not have a refund.

THEY DID NOT ADDRESS MY BELIEF THAT THE ITEMS WERE FAKE.

Bad customer service

I recently purchased an oster 76,1st time I ever stepped foot in this store. The problem was I didn't realize it until I looked everything over the next day. When I opened up my oster 76 it was full of hair, the handle was dirty, the blade cap was also full of oil that had turned brown. Disgusting, who know what germs and diseases were on that thing. When I went to the store that night I was treated like it was an inconvenience, the assistant manager was huffing under her breath and never apologized for my trouble. Made me like I didn't matter. Very unprofessional. Would not refund me my purchase back to my credit card. Only would give instore gift Card credit.part of my return got put back on a gift card they threw away the day before. Would not makebit right, would not fix there mistake. Customer service and corporate was a joke all I got was an apology and a 20 percent coupon. When I told the store assistant manager I would never shop here again, she said good, good really wow that says alot about her true character. I will tell everyone i know about this store. The thing I don't get is why should I have to pay for there mistake. They sold me a used dirty, disgusting store item.My first impression of this Cicero NY store location is destroyed.

It's a hit or miss

It's a hit or miss. Very woke and confused employee's with bad attitudes, not all but huge majority. Went to the store in Vancouver and they won't give good customer service to anyone who looks white. Again, WOKE! If you go woke, you go broke. I'll order elsewhere.

I made an online purchase

I made an online purchase due to in-store limited quantity for our family hair care items. My order was with free shipping. I had face makeup due to the heat everywhere arrive melted. It was sweet to retry, both times it came mushy. They gave no issues to offer a refund. I, also ordered hair care items which needed 1 replaced due to leakage. With the climate changes it is with intense pressure when items are placed in a container w/o coolants it is expected to expand with heat, etc. I received my replacement product and a small refund. I am very satisfied. Sally's is 5☆'s, a bag of chips and hot sauce! Always great customer service in-store and online! You've got a great place to shop, stick with it! Noonéname's Mama, ROMANS 10:9

Beware of ordering online

I made a purchase and due to items being out of stock it says my order couldn't be processed, then I get a message from my bank saying a purchase was made with the amount. I check my bank and the money is now pending and unavailable, this has happened to me before ordering online with another company but it's such an inconvenience now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back.

Lady who their very bad!

Very bad lady works there, very rude and inconsiderate of Customer Service. She should not work! Their! She doesn't want to listen to the customer and very pushy that she is right! And customer is wrong!
She should fired!

Incompetent workers

So having bleach blonde hair level 10 I go into Sally beauty for advice like i have always done to find they have all new employees that have no idea what they are talking about. I know with my hair color that i need to have color fillers Due to loss of pigmentation from bleaching The color they sold me is a wella color charm 6BC mudslide told me to just put this on my hair with no color filling. WRONG! Two different stores ( Sally Beauty) said the same. Neither knew about color filling. Needless to say I am returning this product. They argued that it would be fine. If I were to use it, it would turn out muddy green. WOW!

Poor customer servive and bad refund policy

Refund policy is not correct brought item 6/17 2022 returned on 8/17 2022 reg stated i was one day late 6/17 to 8/17 is 60 no matter how u look at it. Excuse was given that there are 31 days in june not my fault didnt make the month
